VCM will use it to administer the questionnaire, provide your result, and manage any follow-up you request. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interests, and, for any marketing you opt into, your consent. Questionnaire responses and contact details are retained for 12 months from submission, then securely deleted or anonymised, unless VCM has a lawful reason to retain them for longer, for example where you have requested a detailed Business Readiness Assessment or an engagement has commenced.
